I want to paint you a little picture. Let's flashback to a little over 3 years ago. I was overweight, I hated to exercise (what I counted as a workout was walking through a store, and even that caused me problems), and I ate basically whatever was available. I remember a Friday midmorning going on a quick errand, and coming back, but as I shut off the car I couldn't move. My bad back had flared up and I was stuck in the drivers seat. I instantly got very mad, and then within seconds went into complete panic. I mean I was stuck, like I was paralyzed, it took my husband about 15 mins (but seemed like hours) to come out to see why I wasn't coming back in the house. (Mind you he has a fractured knee and we had just found out) He tried to help me out of the car but couldn't. It took 2 people and 3 firemen to get me out of the car, and straight to the hospital I went. The doctors decided it was just a muscular problem and gave me muscle relaxants and sent me on my way. I went to my actual doctor the next week, who offered more help, but we found a secondary problem high blood pressure HBP (and I mean high like 190/120). My doctor want to wait and for me to try natural remedies to lower my HBP I kept pushing doctors appointments until fast forward about a year when I become pregnant. Still major back problems, still no specific clue on the issue, and still HBP but not as high as it was (down to 150/something). No plans were taken to work on the issues (more natural remedies). Fast forward another 9 months. I m in the hospital again for the flu and due in 2 weeks, with extremely HBP again. By the end of that week, my little Liam was born, and my HBP starts coming down again. Less then a month later I said enough was enough and I jumped in head first purchasing a way too expensive (at least at first that was my thought) meal replacement shake, and exercise program and became a Beachbody coach. A little less then 18 months later (TODAY) and I have no back pain, no HBP and my life has completely changed #transformationtuesday #mystory
